Hospital Angeles expands with its 27th hospital in Querétaro.
2021
Hospital Angeles opens Angeles Universidad Hospital (No. 25); Grupo Camino Real opens its new hotel in Mérida.
2016
Grupo Imagen launches its national TV channel and digital multimedia platform.
2014
First Da Vinci Si surgical robot introduced at Hospital Angeles.
2012
Camino Real launches Real Inn, its business hotel brand.

Camino Real acquires the Quinta Real hotel chain.
