Hospital Angeles boosts specialized care with new Hepatopancreaticobiliary Surgery Unit
As part of its strategy to strengthen its medical infrastructure and consolidate its high-specialty services, Hospital Angeles Health System announced the opening of a Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Center at Hospital Angeles Pedregal. It is oriented to the integral attention of complex pathologies of the digestive system.
This new hepatopancreatobiliary unit responds to the growing demand for timely and decisive care in diseases affecting the liver, pancreas and biliary tract. These conditions require a highly coordinated and specialized clinical approach.
The Center integrates, in the same environment, multidisciplinary teams made up of specialists in surgery, gastroenterology, oncology and diagnostic imaging, which allows optimizing diagnostic precision. Personalized therapeutic plans are also designed under standards of medical excellence.
The incorporation of the Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Center strengthens the operational capacity of Hospital Angeles Pedregal to perform highly complex surgical procedures. This includes major pancreatic procedures that demand a high degree of specialization, state-of-the-art technology and rigorous clinical coordination.
This type of intervention requires not only highly qualified medical talent, but also robust hospital infrastructure, specialized protocols and comprehensive clinical follow-up to ensure continuity of patient care.

In the national context, hepatopancreaticobiliary diseases represent a relevant challenge in terms of late diagnosis and therapeutic complexity. Against this backdrop, the opening of this unit contributes to strengthening the capacity of the private healthcare system. In this way, it offers early diagnosis and specialized evaluation, access to advanced surgical treatments, multidisciplinary care models, as well as continuity in clinical follow-up.
The Center operates under a comprehensive care approach, in which each case is assessed collegially by specialized medical teams. This model improves clinical decision-making, enhances the quality of care and offers continuous support to the patient and his or her family during all stages of treatment.
Hospital Angeles Health System continues to strengthen its position as a benchmark in high-specialty health services in Mexico, contributing to the development of the sector and the well-being of the population.
Likewise, Grupo Vazol reaffirms its commitment to the development of high-level medical infrastructure, the incorporation of advanced technology and the consolidation of business models focused on excellent clinical results.
